How can I determine which size to order?


 There is a Size chart which will give you measurements to help you determine the right size to order.  Each outfit description will also give great details on how to order depending on the outfit material.

if what i want is sold out, will you restock?

Items are restocked based on popularity and aggressive demand.  Please keep checking our site for availability or subscribe to our newsletter to receive first hand information about new arrivals and restocking

What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, 

 

What if my credit card was declined?
If your credit card was declined, please check the information entered for any mistakes.  If the information is correct and the payment is still declined, you’ll have the option to use another form of payment.

 

 I forgot to use the discount code!
Unfortunately once an order has been placed it cannot be changed and discounts cannot be applied.  Don't worry, you can use the discount code on your next order if the discount code is still active. Codes are only used once

 

I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email from Oyindre within 1 hour of placing your order, please check your SPAM FOLDER. Alternately, the email address on file might be spelt incorrectly.  Please send an email to us via oyindreretailstore@gmail.com and we’ll resend your order confirmation.

 

When will I receive shipping confirmation after placing an order?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours

 

I placed an order for a pre-ordered outfit along with additional outfits that is available.  When will they be shipped? 

Outfits on pre-order will be shipped on  the date specified on the product page.  If you bought additional outfits that's available, they will be shipped on the date specified on the pre-ordered outfit's page. 

If you purchase more than one preorder item, all items will be shipped on the latest preorder ship date.  We cannot split your order.  You can place separate orders if you need an outfit sooner.  

 

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

I placed an order today, when should I expect it to be shipped?

Orders are shipped daily Monday through Saturday.  Orders are typically processed within one day but if we're experiencing a high volume of orders, your order can be delayed by 1-2 days. 

 

When will I receive shipping confirmation after placing an order?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

How do I know how much is the shipping cost?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


My USPS tracking states my package was delivered but it was not!
OYINDRE is not liable for any packages that is lost during shipping or stolen. If you did not receive your package and your tracking indicates that the package was delivered, please contact USPS to file a claim.
 
I received my package but is was damaged during shipping!
Sorry about this, OYINDRE is not liable for products damaged or lost while shipping. kindly contact USPS to file a claim if you did not receive your claim and tracking shows delivered, please contact USPS to file a claim

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE QUESTIONS

I ordered the wrong size and would like to return or receive a refund.
We will gladly exchange any unworn items with the original tag attached. We offer refunds, when the following conditions are met.

#The item must be mailed and received within 5 business days of the date the package was delivered.

#item must be neatly packed as it was received initially

#Original tag attached

#customer responsible for shipping fee

#Once item is received, and fully inspected to satisfaction,  then a refund will be issued.

#tax would be charged on this 

#inital shipping costs and tax are non-refundable
